Sarah Ferber is a 22-year-old visual artist currently dividing her time between Santa Fe, New Mexico and Los Angeles, California, respectively. Art has been an integral part of her existence for as long as she can remember, her love of which led her to pursue it in college. Ferber draws on a wide array of inspirations, but of recent has placed a great emphasis on utilizing internal distortions of imagery to depict aspects of her emotional landscape she would otherwise have trouble explaining. "I make art as a means of connecting with others, while at the same time telling my own individual story," she says. As you will note, her story is complex and multi-faceted, beautifully executed with a graceful balance of horror, humor, and love.
